”FEDC International Goalball Tournament 2014”

Dear Friends,

the Spanish Blind Sports Federation (FEDC) is pleased to invite you to the “FEDC International Goalball Tournament 2014”, for male and female teams, clubs and national teams.

Arrival: 19th December, Friday, if is possible after 15:00 hours. The closest airport is: Madrid ”Adolfo Suarez –Barajas” Airport.

Competition: 20 th and21st December, Saturday and Sunday.

Prize - giving ceremony: 21st December, Sunday, straight after the competition in the sports hall.

Departure: 19thDecember, Sunday, after lunch (not before 15:00 hours).

Sports Venue: The competition will take place at ONCE Cultural and Sports Complex (former ONCE School for the Blinds), in Madrid ( at 15 minutes from the airport and 700 metres from the Hotel). The sports hall has synthetic surface.

Accommodation: Delegations will be accommodated at the Hotel CONFORTEL PIO XII, (4 stars category), situated very close to the venue.

Transportation: We will be able to provide teams with the transportation from Madrid airport to the hotel and back.

Entry fee and payment: the entry fee is 180 € per person including accommodation in double or triple rooms and board from Friday’s dinner to Sunday’s lunch. Single rooms will be available for an extra 30 € per person, for whole period.

For those who are coming earlier or leave Madrid later, the following prices will be charged: 90 € per person and day in double room (or 105 € in single room).If you want, there will the possibility to trainingat the same venue, free of charge.
