Lesson Essential Question :
●  What is the difference between the verb “SER” and “ESTAR”
Activating Strategy:
●  Work in partners and they write down the colors their partners are wearing.
●  Discuss in class with others the colors of their partners.
●  Student is given word search on the colors.

Lesson Instruction
Learning Activity 1:
●  Teacher explains the difference by using an acronym for each verb and explaining when the verbs are used.
●  Teacher writes down the conjugation of both verbs.

●  Students will write the acronyms on a chart and write a sentence for each letter.
●  Student will use the Alice program to review the verb and the definite articles at the same time by answering the questions with articles.
