60 days before event –Submit the following:
1. Remaining balance of lease and
2. Rental payments for chairs, tables, straw or tent
3. Xerox or image of $500,000 certificate of insurance liability
4. Damage deposit of $150
10 days before event:
- Complete checklist and send by email or mail
- Review lease for any questions regarding policies, rules or regulations.
- Obtain permission for any special circumstances such as sparklers or other early setup or delayed cleanup time
