Types of Vendors Accepted:

This is a family-oriented function. No items of an adult or vulgar nature will be allowed.

Vendor space/fees:

Arts & Crafts: 10 x 10 space for $65.00

General Rules:

Set-up and Removal:

Set-up is allowed from 12noon on Friday, Feb 23 till 8am on the day of the event. Take down should be completed by 7pm on the event day.

Vendors must accept the site assigned and remove vehicles and booth set-up by designated times listed above. Vendors may sell only those items noted on applications. No exceptions will be allowed. NO refunds will be made for cancellations by vendors. The event host/organizers are not responsible cancellation due toinclement weather.

NO glass containers are allowed on site. Failure to abide by the rules will result in immediate removal from the event and forfeiture of all fees.

The City of D’Iberville and the Gateway Group are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

We reserve the right to limit the number of vendors according to the type of items being sold to avoid duplicates.

Please print a list of items that you wish to sell at this event. Please be specific. Payment of registration fee is required by Feb 16 2018 in order to reserve your space.
