RULES / The show will be ridden under the DSA rules 2016 and the SAEF General Regulations (Dressage) 2015

***NB - PLEASE NOTE***

  • You may substitute horse and/or rider on the day.
  • Entries will be accepted on a “first come, first served” basis – NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THE DAY
  • Please check if your proof of payment and entries has been received.
  • Competitors are required to be correctly dressed.
  • Classes are open to Recreational members of DSA
  • Horses scratched before closing date will be refunded, no refunds after closing date. All scratchings to be done through the Organising Committee.
  • All horses must be vaccinated annually with a live AHS vaccine produced by Onderstepoort Biological Products and must be administered strictly according to the Veterinary regulations.
  • A R500 deposit is payable to the Organising Committee when lodging any official complaints.
  • Neither Mjölnir Estate (Pty) Ltd, FEI, SAEF or DSA , its officials or representatives shall in anyway be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft or injury sustained by horses, riders, appointed officials, the public or their property at the show, caused by, or resulting from this show.
  • Fantastic Catering is available, Photographer will be taking photo’s on the day.
  • STRICTLY NO DOGS ALLOWED.

The competitor undertakes not to bring any horse to the venue which has an infectious disease whether known or not, or which horse the competitor could reasonably be expected to know has an infectious disease. The competitor undertakes to withdraw the horse from the event with the forfeiture of the entry fee, if subsequent to entry it should develop, or circumstances should arise, under which the competitor can reasonably be expected to know that the horse had developed of may develop such disease, or has the ability to spread such disease.
