Contractor Registration Form

Beginning January 1st, 2013 the Lake County Building Department will require all contractors that perform work within the County to be registered with the Lake County Building Department.

All contractors will be put on a list that will be available to the public. All registrations will expire at the end of each calendar year, and will be required to be renewed by January 31st of each year or before any work is performed. All contractors will be required to carry a minimum of one (1) million dollar liability insurance coverage.

*PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CONTRACTORS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A COPY OF THEIR CURRENT INSURANCE TO KEEP ON FILE WITH THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT.*
