Key Policy 26th June 2009
The gate key is being changed at the Fire & Police Outing Club, the key is a secure lock and key. At receiving and signing for of the new key I agree to the following rules:
- I will not give my key to anyone other than my spouse and children under 21 still living at home.
- I will lock the gate after entering and exiting.
- If I lose my key I will contact a board member and advise them of such.
- Replacement key will cost $10 and will not violate rule #1.
- The old key may be used to lock up items at Pan Gap and should be locked back up before leaving the property.
Other items that are addressed in this policy are general info. They are as follows:
- Limit your guest to a total of 6 per family without approval.
- Larger parties should be approved especially if the pavilion is wanted for the gathering. Reserve it to insure you have it. You are responsible for your guest.
- Shooting is only allowed at designated area at the back of the property. Go thru gate turn right and bear right until road ends at table.
- Pick up all garbage and dispose, this includes but not limited to brass, targets, cans, bottles, clothing, utensils, plates and anything else you bring in to the property. No Dumping on property of anything!
- I will shoot only targets. Not the target holders, tables, benches, trees, glass of any kind.
- Do not fish around swimming area. The bottom is concrete and hooks have been found in this area and could cause injury if stepped on.
- Place boats out of water when you finish with them, if someone else wants to use them insure they will put them out of the water. If they can’t get them out please don’t put them in. They take on water and are difficult to get out.
- Keep ATV’s on roads at a minimal speed. Keep ATV’s out of lake, creek and off the grass around lake and pavilion.
- This is a family environment please keep language and conduct accordingly.
- In general take care of the property as you would want someone to care for yours.
Thanks for your attention.
