ORDINANCE NO. 336
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF ARCADIA, VALLEY COUNTY, NEBRASKA, PROVIDING FOR THE ADOPTION OF UPDATED ZONING REGULATIONS AND UPDATED OFFICIAL ZONING MAP.
WHEREAS, the duly appointed Valley County Area Planning Commission of Valley County, Nebraska, with the assistance of its consultant, Orval Stahr of York, Nebraska, has prepared updated zoning regulations and an updated official zoning map for the Village of Arcadia, Nebraska.
WHEREAS, the Valley County Area Planning Commission has given public notice as required by the Nebraska State Statutes of a hearing held on the 28th day of December, 2015 at _____p.m. at the Valley County Ag Complex in Ord, Nebraska, on the recommendation of adoption of updated zoning regulations and updated official zoning map to the Village Board of Arcadia; and
WHEREAS, the Village Board of Arcadia has given public notice as required by Nebraska State Statutes 19-901, of a hearing held on May 9, 2015, at 7:30 p.m. in the Community Center at Arcadia on the proposed updated zoning regulations and updated official zoning map for the Village of Arcadia; and
BE IT NOW AND THE SAME IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF ARCADIA, VALLEY COUNTY, NEBRASKA, THAT
The updated zoning regulations and updated official zoning map as prepared by the Valley County Area Planning Commission and Orval Stahr of York, Nebraska, be adopted by the Village of Arcadia as the updated zoning regulations and official updated zoning map for the Village of Arcadia, Nebraska.
