Solihull Spring Festival
As part of the Spring Festival the groups listed above will present a combined Celebration Concert at the Warwick Arts Centre, Thursday 9th March 2017
Coaches will be provided from Solihull Music Service at 2.15pm to take students to the Arts Centre for rehearsals, starting at 3.15pm.
Students will need to bring a packed tea and a drink in addition to their instrument. Please note that as there will be neither time nor facilities for changing, students should wear concert dress for both the rehearsal and the concert.
It is anticipated that the concert will finish by 9.00 p.m. and it is expected that each child will be collected from the Arts Centre and taken home by his/her parent/guardian. If you are attending the concert, please allow plenty of time for parking.
It is expected that all members of the groups named on the front of this letter will be taking part in the event, but in order for us to make the appropriate arrangements it is essential that we have an accurate record of everyone’s requirements.
We need the following information from every player:
- Whether he/she is able to take part in the event
- Whether he/she will be travelling by coach
A form is attached, and we ask that every child returns the completed form to their conductor/director by 6th February 2017at the latest.
Tickets - £9.50 Adults and £6.50 concessions

Tickets cost £9.50 and £6.50 for concessions (i.e. Aged over 60 and fully retired, under 16s and full time students - ID will be required) and to book please call Warwick Arts Centre Box Office on 024 7652 4524 or book online at A £1.00 per ticket booking fee is charged on all bookings except on orders of 10 or more tickets in one transaction.
We have frozen prices this year to encourage as many parents, family and friends to come and support this exciting event. It would be fantastic to sell out at the Warwick Arts Centre so please order your tickets as soon as they are released for sale.
Tickets will not be available from Solihull Music Service.
