Tony reviewed the Anti-Trust statement.

  1. Presentation By Rob O’Keefe Regarding Permissible UFLS Time Delays

Rob presented his work regarding permissible UFLS time delays.

  1. General Discussion Regarding Applicability

The SDT had a general discussion regarding the Applicability section and decided to keep it as.

  1. Review and Respond to PRC-006-RFC-01 3rd 30-Day Comments and Modify draft Standard Accordingly.

The SDT reviewed and responded to the 3rd comment posting comments and modified the standard accordingly.

  1. Determine if 3rd draft standard is ready for Category Ballot or 4th Comment Posting Period

The SDT believes significant changes were made to the standard and a 4th comment period is needed.

  • If 4th comment period - Develop Comment Posting Period Questions

The SDT developed a set of posting questions for the 4th comment period.
