(a) the following for re-election as an Ordinary Member for a period of 3 years:

(c) the following for election as Sales and Marketing Officer for a period of 4 years:

(d) the following for election as Honorary Secretary for a period of 4 years:
Dr Paul Nash (Bodleian Library)

4. Appointment of Independent Examiner (Auditor).

5. Any other business which may be transacted at an Annual General Meeting. Notice of motions should be sent to reach the Hon. Secretary of the Society not later than seven days before the meeting.

6. After the conclusion of the business meeting,

Gabrielle Rossi Rognoni (Royal College of Music, London)

will address the Society on the subject of

Grand Prince Ferdinando de' Medici and Music, with Particular Attention to
His Lost Musical Library

Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 5 June 2013

  1. The minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 30 May 2012 were accepted and signed.
  1. The Annual Report and Statement of Accounts for 2012 were accepted.
  1. Election of President

Dr Ronald Truman (Christ Church, Oxford) retired under Article 7. Nominations were received and Professor Nigel Wilson FBA (Lincoln College, Oxford) was elected for a period of 4 years.

  1. Election of Officers and Ordinary Members of Council.

Nominations were received and the following was elected as member of Council: Dr James Willoughby (New College, Oxford). The following were re-elected members of Council: Dr Chris Fletcher (Bodleian Library) and Dr Paul W. Nash (Bodleian Library).

  1. Mr Paul Atyeo was re-elected as Independent Examiner (Auditor).
  1. Motion for the revision of the Constitution was approved.
  1. There being no further business, Professor Nigel Palmer FBA (St Edmund Hall, Oxford) read a paper entitled The Making of an Illustrated Prayerbook in the 14th and 15th-Century Strasbourg: Ursula Begerin.
