This will be a state qualifying event subject to accreditation

Dressage tests – Gr 1B, 2B, 3B, 4B and 5B - 60 x 20 m arenas for grades 1, 2 & 3 (November 2006)

Conditions of Entry: Entry is conditional upon acceptance of these conditions.

  1. Entering this competition constitutes acknowledgement that PCAV rules apply and acceptance of these rules.
  2. The organizing committee reserves the right to cancel any class orcompetition; divide any class; alter times; refuse any entry with or without stating the reason.
  3. No refunds after the closing date except with vet or medical certificate. A $10 handling fee will be retained from ALL refunds.
  4. Competitors may ride more than one horse, subject to the conditions of PCAV Handbook of Bylaws Multiple Horse Rules. Please indicate on entry order of preference as Multiple Horses only allowed if numbers permit.
  5. PCAV membership card must be presented to the secretary’s office for inspection before riding.
  6. Armbands must be worn and presented at gear check.
  7. Gear check before riding in each phase of this competition is required.
  8. Dogs are prohibited without exception.
  9. Queries, protests, horse abuse and doping rules as per the PCAVHandbook of By-Laws.
  10. Riders under eight years of age may not compete.Horses must be at least age four, no stallions, colts or rigs.
  11. Competitors to supply own back numberholders.
  12. No lunging will be allowed at this event.
  13. Neither the organizing committee of this competition nor the PCAV accepts any responsibility whatsoever for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, ground spectators, or any other persons or property.
  14. All riders must be prepared to ride before the allocated time if necessary.
  15. Equal placings will not be given. In the case of equal points placings will be decided by the Cross-Country time closest to the allowed time without time penalties (this means only riders who come in at or under the allowed time).
