11 Girls and young women gained courage, confidence and character through Girl Scout programs.
40 Individuals were either trained in disaster prevention and preparedness or received direct assistance including; meeting basic needs, counseling and referral by the American Red Cross.
21 Individuals, couples & families received therapy or attended therapeutic workshops and seminars offered through Family Counseling Center.
155 Youth & adult volunteers were recruited and trained for community services at Volunteer Houston/Macon.
22 Individuals received social service information and referrals through United Way 2-1-1
19 Armed Forces members and their families received emergency communications or referrals to financial assistance provided by military aid society, referrals and counseling services through the American Red Cross.
2 Domestic violence victims were sheltered in the Salvation Army Safe House.
1 Person received child advocacy for victims of child abuse and neglect offered through Rainbow House.
3 Food pantries obtained 69,475 lbs. of food from Middle GA Comm. Food Bank for distribution to needy families. This was a savings of $ 110,812.63 in food costs.
