The Philippines may wish to brief the Meeting on the business arrangements.
AGENDA ITEM 3: REGIONAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENTS AND OUTLOOK
The Meeting may wish to be briefed by the ASEAN Secretariat on the ASEAN’seconomic developments and outlook.
The Meeting may wish to be briefed by the World Bank on thematic economic issue relative to the global economy.
AGENDA ITEM 4:PROGRESS OF ASEAN FINANCE COOPERATION
The Meeting may wish to be briefed by the Chair of the ASEAN Finance Deputies’ Meeting (AFDM)on the progress of ASEAN Finance Cooperation, including theASEAN Infrastructure Fund, ASEAN Cooperation in Insurance, ASEAN Disaster Risk Financing and Insurance, ASEAN Cooperation in Customs, Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing, and ASEAN Forum on Taxation.
The Meeting may wish to endorse the Strategic Action Plan 2016-2025 for ASEAN Taxation Cooperationand the Terms of Reference for the Excise Tax Sub-Forum.
The Meeting may be wish to be briefed by the Chair of ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (Malaysia) on its progress in implementing the ACMF Action Plan 2016 – 2020 and relevant work streams.

AGENDA ITEM 5:OTHER MATTERS
5.1ASEAN Finance Ministers’ Investor Seminar (AFMIS)
The Meeting may wish to be briefed by the Philippineson the outcomes of the 12th AFMIS held on 6 April 2017 in Cebu, the Philippines. The Meeting may also wish to invite ASEAN Member States to consider hosting the 13th AFMIS in 2018.
5.2ASEAN Integration Monitoring Office (AIMO) Fund
The Meeting may wish to be briefed by the ASEAN Secretariat on the status of AIMO Fund.
5.23Annex 1 of ASEAN Charter
The Meeting may wish to endorse the change of name of AFDM in Annex 1 of the ASEAN Charter.
AGENDA ITEM 6:DATE AND VENUE OF THE NEXT MEETING
The Meeting may wish to be briefed by Singapore on the date and venue for the next Meeting.

Indonesia is of view to take out the ACMF report from the agenda, considering:
- The progress of ACMF is not included in the AFDM agenda.
- The proposed structure of ASEAN Finance Cooperation will be discussed in the upcoming Meeting, therefore there is a room for discussion on the reporting line. At this moment, the reporting line shall follow the previous practice, i.e., to AFMGM.
