Matters arising from previous meeting:
It was confirmed that the visit to the Royal Hospital Chelsea was to be on Tues May 8th.69. /
Treasurers Report:
The treasurer presented his monthly report, which was approved and accepted by all members present. / File70. /
Welfare Report:
The welfare officer, Chris Spring reported that Marcia Buckthorpe was now out of hospital.Wally Hibbard thanked Chris for his new trolley cart.

Correspondence:
John Gooding gave a quick update on the progress of the Branch website and some correspondence from visitors to it and again appealed for personal contributions for its content.He also confirmed that Morrisons had approved a collection day at their Gainsborough store on Sat 5th May 2007. / File

Any Other Business:
An update was given over the protest of tentage and stalls in front of the war memorial in the High Street.Chris informed the meeting of a concert by the Mkt Rasen band in the drill Hall to celebrate St George’s day on Mon 23rd April. And John Gooding also mentioned that the Central Band of the Army Cadet Force would be staging a St George’s Day Concert again in the Drill Hall Broadgate on Sat 21st April Tickets £6 and £4 for concessions.
The chairman gave a quick update on the meeting of LEXSA at Sobraon Bks representatives of the council were in attendance.
He also gave a report on the visit to 2 Royal Anglian Regt by 7 members. Maj Gen D Gerrard-Wright presented Op Telic medals to the Officers, Capt Lee presented to the Sgts and Dave Metcalfe to the other ranks. Everyone was made welcome and enjoyed their visit.
