Please discuss the provision of digital electronic text, e.g. the inclusion of additional XML tags, development and input of figure descriptions, the inclusion of graphics, etc. Provide details, such as examples of possible tags that may be included, or other DTDs with which the company has experience. Feel free to mention links to samples. We recognize that companies may wish to protect proprietary information; however this space offers an opportunity to showcase the ability to create content that surpasses the basic NIMAS file-set parameters.

Please provide basic details about contracting procedures. Include a description of what is required in order for the company to bid on a project. If you would like to offer a link to a page on the company Web site, please do so.
We have varying contracting procedures based on different client requirements like one-off conversion service, engagement as a long term service partner, or helping publishers implement a long-term strategy for XML-based, in-house content workflows.
Publishers can send us some representative sample materials which we shall process at no cost within the pre agreed time frame.
Our bids are based on a review of representative sample material that is to be converted.
Prices vary depending on the input file format, the amount of tables and images, any requirement for creation of images, providing alternate text for images, etc.
Total and periodic volumes of work, turnaround time, and desired accuracy are other factors which affect the pricing.
