Cancellation Policy

50% of the cost of the conference will be refunded for cancellations made up until 1st October 2017. No refunds are available for cancellations within 30 days of the conference. Substitution of delegates is allowed. Delegates who do not attend the conference without cancelling in writing will be liable for the full cost.
