eMBED Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)
The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)focuses on improving the experience of NHS Patients in the Wakefield CCG area.
Our aim is to:
· advise and support patients, their families and carers
· provide information on NHS services
· listen to your concerns or suggestions and help sort out problems quickly on your behalf
· help you when you need advice, have concerns, or don’t know where to turn
The PALS service is accessible to patients, their carers, friends and family
The PALS service treats every enquiry with the same level of importance and the same level of confidentiality.
