EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
This contract, executed onbetweenandandhas the

4. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Dependent Care. The name and date of birth (DOB) of each dependent is listed below.
A specific list of tasks are below: Child care:
- General care and safety of baby
- Entertain and read to child
- Laundry
- Taking child to doctors/ playdates/ exercise/ outings, etc
- Teaching motor skills/ speech/ writing/ etc.
- Occasional overnight requirements (paid extra)
- Occasional travel requirements (overseas and domestic)
- Teach manners
- Discipline child when appropriate
General:
- Light cleaning/ organization of household
- Ironing
- All meal preparation for child and evening meal for family
- Run errands/ Dry cleaning
- Supervise any contractors
- Take deliveries
5. COMPENSATION
Total compensation:
Regular rate of pay =per hour
+ Overtime rate of pay =per hour (for more than 40 hours in a week)
Total compensation =per week ( hours)
Wages will be paid: Weekly (Every Friday) by Direct Deposit Any overnight requirements will be paid at per night.
Car: Employer will provide access to a car for employee to use during the working day. Employer will cover all gas.
6. PAID TIME OFF
Tax Year:
Vacation: Employee will be paid for time off granted by employer. We anticipate that will be at least 20 days per year but we expect it will be several weeks more. Given the amount of paid vacation we ask that employee coordinates vacation, where possible, with employer's vacation. Employer will give at least 1 month notice of vacation dates to enable employee to plan own vacation.
Sick: Employee will receive paid sick days annually. Sick time may not be accumulated from year to year. Sick time benefits cannot be taken in cash compensation and are forfeited on termination of employment. Employee will call by 5am on day of sickness.
7. HOLIDAYS
Employer will provide the following PAID Holidays

Day after Thanksgiving
8. TAX WITHHOLDING/REPORTING
Employer will withhold the required Social Security & Medicare taxes from the employee's pay, along with income taxes per the employee's instructions on Form W-4 and all other applicable state taxes.
All tax withholdings will be remitted to the state and federal tax agencies on or before the household employment tax deadlines. In addition, employer will match the employee's Social Security & Medicare contributions and make contributions to the state and federal unemployment insurance funds on behalf of the employee.
Employer will provide employee with Form W-2 at the end of the year (by January 31).
Employer will report employee's earnings to the Social Security Administration so that employee receives appropriate retirement benefits.

9.CONFIDENTIALITY
Employee understands that any and all private information obtained about the employers or their dependents during the course of employment, including but not limited to medical, financial, legal, and career, are strictly confidential and may not be disclosed to any third party for any reason.
10.GROUNDS FOR TERMINATION
The following are grounds for immediate termination:
- Allowing the safety of the dependent(s) to be compromised
- Inconsistent or non-performance of agreed-upon job responsibilities
- Dishonesty
- Stealing
- Misuse of family automobile
- Breach of confidentiality clause
- Persistent absenteeism or tardiness
- Unapproved guests
- Smoking or consumption of alcohol while on duty
- Use of an illegal drug
11.Notice Period
Employer will provide employee with two months notice if employee's services are no longer required except unless there are grounds for immediate termination (outlined above).
Employee will provide employee with two months notice if employee can no longer continue service.
Should the employer terminate the agreement, employer agrees to pay all wages up to and including nanny's last day of work.
