- Mobilize/train 85 EMS personnel for transition with incumbent military personnel EMT’s
- Communicate contract statement of work to managers to ensure deliverables such as quality control plans, technical training plans, and cost reporting schedules are accurate and timely.

- Set up internal quality assurance controls/guidelines to ensure contract compliance.
