Nomination Form for OutstandingCAFNR Student
Outstanding applicants are based on the criteria below and may be previous winners of the award. Faculty and CAFNR clubs are allowed to nominate students for this honor. Students may NOT nominate themselves. Each club and faculty member is allowed to nominate one person per class. The seniors being nominated MUST be graduating this May. Students are allowed to accept only one nomination, be it from either an organization or faculty member. A résumé and this signed cover letter must accompany each application.
Please complete and return this application in hardcopy form to the front desk of 2-64 Agriculture Building by 5 PM on Monday, February 29th, 2016. You may attach additional pages if necessary. Late applications will NOT be accepted. Applicants are subject to interviews if necessary. The Outstanding Senior will be announced at graduation on Friday, May 13th, 2016. The Outstanding Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior will be recognized at the Celebration of Excellence on April 14th, 2016. If you have any questions please contact Rebecca Schleicher ().
There are three sections and each section MUST have your student number in the upper right-hand corner and be put on separate sheets of paper. This cover letter and a resume MUST be attached to the three sections.
