What Could Have Been Improved? --- Workshop Organization/Format. /
- Ability to clearly see the presentations – use of two screens helped.
- Ability to hear all speakers. Use microphones in the aisles.
- Transfer control of slides to the speakers.
- Room should have been longer and narrower.
- Don’t make any one day (e.g. Monday) too long.
- Stay on schedule at all times.
- Provide color handouts and copies of presentations on CD.
- Would like to see printed copies of presentations as they are presented.
- Collect questions and answers and make available to all.
- Hold short courses – few hours to one/two days,before or after.
- Encourage more producing company representatives to attend.
- Reduce emphasis on sales pitches.
- Better upfront information on “free” transportation.
- Have personnel assigned to coordinate delivery/receiving of exhibit equipment.
- Don’t need to give a certificate or plaque to everyone.
- Needed better “business center” facility.
- Internet access from hotel was poor.

- Reduce from 12 to +/- 9 papers per day and hold breakouts during the day.
