Foodservice has First Right of Refusal per BTC’s contract with them for ALL events and they must be contacted first if you intend to provide food or beverages for your event. No outside food or beverages are allowed to be brought in (potlucks excluded). Contact Foodservice one week in advance at minimum of your event by e-mailing or phone 757-7730 to discuss menu details. You must provide your APPROVED event number and account number to foodservice for billing purposes.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ROOM RESERVATIONS
*If you have any changes to your event, please email so that the appropriate changes can be made in Banner. A new room request form is not necessary and will not be used to make the change. *It is your responsibility to include all pertinent information about your event on this form that may need advance preparation or communication to specific departments for requested assistance.
*Once a room is assigned, that is the only room that you should utilize. Please do not use another room that may appear to be open, as this may disrupt another event that was already previously scheduled in that room.
*No classes, meetings, or events are to be scheduled when College buildings are CLOSED without the express written approval of the Vice President, Finance & College Operations.
