- All old business has been completed except for:

- Shop Exhaust Duct system needs some major work. Work should start in the next couple of weeks to install two different approaches in bay 1 and bay 2. 6/14 – We have made a decision, we are waiting on Denver & Rock Springs. 7/19 – waiting on Jim and Lance to get a count on the number of drops and length of hose needed. 8/9 –Decision made total # of drops have been communicated.

- Spill prevention kits have been purchased. Need to purchase signage. Still working on signage. 8/9 –Keith to purchase signage.

- Fix small door on steam bay. Look into walk thru doors for shop. Ongoing

- Add exhaust piping for the PG area. Discuss with Tom Ford… mobile hoses are possible option.

- Discussed customers in shop. This is still an issue. Possible new signage will be made and posted. Possibility of putting chains across bay doors was discussed. We are doing a better job communicating with the customer. Ongoing. Tensa barriers are a possible option as well.

- Clearing snow from the back lot. This has always been problematic. We looked at different options of what we could do to clear the back lot. This is still an open item, no decisions were made at this point. 7/19 – we will revisit this topic later this year.

- Do we need to add a fire extinguisher in the steam bay now that we have moved the parts cleaning and other equipment into the truck steam bay? Keith to get with Tom F. 8/9 – discussed with Tom, we will add an extinguisher either in the steam bay or in very close proximity.

- Potential capex item of bullpen expansion. This has been added to the CapEx list.

New Business:

- Discussed the theft issue and the transient issue. We are going to have the state clean up around the building and hopefully UTA will clean up the vines on the fence in front next to the tracks.

- Lighting in the NW corner of shop corner where the acetylene torch and grinders are located.

- Gray cherry picker. Hydraulic handle is broken and it needs a new hydraulic pack. Do we need a new cherry picker?

- Extension cords…… we need to make certain that the grounding prongs have not been cut off of the extension cords.

- Review propane storage location.

Review of safety walk-around performed the same morning by safety committee members.

-  August – Entire safety committee.
