NOTICE OF PUBLIC BOARD MEETING

Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Mayer Fire District Board of Directors and to the general public that the Mayer Fire District Board will hold a regular meeting open to the public on Monday, May18, 2015 at6:00PM. Meeting location: Mayer FireAdministration Office at 11975 S. Highway 69 Mayer,Arizona.Board members or other participants may attend by telephonic conference. The following topics and any variables thereto, will be subject to Board consideration, discussion, approval, and/or other action.

Introduce, discuss, amend if desired, and act on Resolution # 15-05 authorizing the issuance and sale of bonds of this District; approving all acts concerning the receipt of bids for the purchase of such bonds, and designating the purchaser of the bonds; authorizing the execution and delivery of certain documents pertaining to the sale of the Bonds.
  2. Employee complaint of harassment against another employee – Investigation Report by Alliance Investigations.
