-to accept, without reserve and on conditions laid down in the selection announcement and the "Regulations Governing Research Fellowships," the fellowship conferred to him/her for carrying out research activity as indicted by the Department/Center's provisions in the document with reference no. ______dated ______;
- to be aware that this research fellowship cannot be combined with other fellowships of any other kind, with the exception of those awarded by national or foreign institutes to integrate, with periods abroad, research activities that are the subject of the current assignment.
- not to be married or have family or kinship relationships up to the fourth degree with lecturers or researchers working at the Department elected as "Research Base", or with Rector, or Director General, or a member of the University Board of Governors
- to supply the Head of Department with a report on the research activity conducted and the results obtained upon completion of the scholarship, and which has been prior approved by the Research Project Supervisor.
- to have read the University of Padova's Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct;
-to undertake to communicate to appropriate offices any changes related to their personal details, facts, and/or any declared information.
