RABITT – 6th Dec met to discuss site for future Mobile Park. Received Draft Lease –all agreed the Draft Lease needs to be Reviewed – sub committee of Toni Brown, Mike Colbey, Jenny Colbey, Georgie Cruikshank, Gary Adkins and Ron Wilksch to meet 12th Feb 7.30pm to review Draft then meet with Regional Council of Goyder

Gary to print 40 brochures of Robertstown for next meeting
Football – in recess, Junior coach in the wind
Bowling Club - Tournament night a success – short of players using mixed players – 8th March 3 course meal for $10 – Night Bowls commencing 7pm with 7.30pm start $3 each – Club Champion is Ron Wilksch
Day Centre – Recess – Planning Meeting Agenda 2008 – 15th year of Day Centre on 18th Feb, guests invited, Morgan and Kapunda to attend
Lutheran Community – Pastor has returned from Cambodia – Carols Night was successful
Primary School/Pre School – school commenced but was unable to contact Principal for report
War Memorial – waiting for Grant Money – Crafty Kids av attendance 13 children, will give out questionnaire for ideas – Mid North Naturopath wanting to hold sessions at the Community Centre, brochures at the Community Centre – Gary and Brooke Adkins donated massage table
Tennis/Basketball/Netball – report given
Peace Hall – Acknowledge the excellent work Marie Heinrich does in the Peace Hall garden and area – Fire caused damage
Point Pass & Tennis Club – nil report (Amanda to send letter to Chairperson stating concern Point Pass is not being represented at the meetings)
