Two-day junior chess congress in the school holidays with one day sections and two day under 18 championship

The Championship will be graded ECF Standard Play. The four one day sections will be graded ECF Rapid Play

Parents Responsibility; The organisers accept no responsibility for any loss, theft or accident during an event. Adult supervision will only be provided in the tournament hall. Parents are responsible for their children during the congress, and agree to the terms and conditions in this entry form as a condition of entry, and that player’s grading information may be published electronically.
The congress is open to anyone aged under 18 on 31st August 2015. The sections will comprise Swiss Tournaments (everyone plays in all rounds) with pairings made in accordance with the basic principles of Swiss System tournaments.
Refreshments We may be able to run a refreshment stall, but need some parental help to do so. Please let us know on the entry form if you are willing to help. / DIRECTIONS

At the Maidenhead Thicket junction, where the A404(M) goes under the A4, turn towards Maidenhead along the A4 Bath Road, then right at the next roundabout into Cannon Lane. Go under the bridge, then immediately right at a mini roundabout, signposted “Claires Court School”, into the private road to the school. After going through the school gate, turn left to the car park next to the sports hall. The postcode of the school entrance is SL6 4QQ
