2015 SENIOR SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
The Snohomish Lacrosse Senior Scholarship is a non-renewable award available to one boy and one girl high school senior. The application process is open to all High School seniors that are current members of the Snohomish Lacrosse High School team, in good academic standing in school, scheduled to graduate on time and current on all club fees.
The scholarships are awarded based on academic qualifications, quality of applicants’ statements, references, involvement with the Snohomish Lacrosse Club and community service experience. The award is payable directly to any 2 or 4 year accredited college or university, vocational school or trade school.

Applicants must submit the following no later than May 9th, 2015:

An official copy of their most current high school transcript, in a sealed envelope.
2 personal reference letters (one from an unrelated member or coach of Snohomish Lacrosse and the other from an unrelated person not affiliated with Snohomish Lacrosse)
If possible, a copy of acceptance letter from the post-secondary school you will be attending.
