  1. JOB DESCRIPTIONS

-Project: an MEP project for a factory at Tien Son Industrial Zone, Bac Ninh province. The project will be started soon in March-2013

-The HVAC Engineer/Supervisor is in charge of carrying out part of MEP projects (focus on HVAC) in the geographic area defined by the management while protecting the interests of Comin especially in terms of work progress, Safety on Site and image.

-Aspects of projects usually entrusted to the HVAC Engineer/Supervisor are typically the Installation part of one of the trades making part of the whole system being delivered by Comin.

-While ensuring safety as a priority and a Must, the HVAC Engineer/Supervisor is responsible for the execution of projects in respect of the schedule, providing works of the specified quality.

  1. REQUIREMENTS

-Essentials:

  • Educational background in electrical and/or mechanical engineering
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in equivalent position for industrial projects.
  • Management skills and experience.
  • Good technical knowledge in MEP (at least the field where he/she is specialized)
  • Site management skill
  • Reliable and devoted to the interest of the company.
  • Computer literacy and especially MS Offices, MS Project, AutoCAD.
  • Writing skills and conversational ability in English Communication.

-Desirables:

  • Male, 30-45 years old, Vietnamese citizen
  • Industrial Electrical Specialization is preferable
  • Capability to work in a multicultural environment
