That approval be given to enter into a Licence of Occupation agreement with Alberta Environment for a term of 25 years in the rehabilitation of existing Outfall #192. / Asset Mgmt. & Public WorksG.1.b.Change Order Recommendation

Collection of Residential Waste and Recyclables.
G.1.c.CSettlement of an Expropriation of a Single Family Dwelling Located at 9863 – 81 Avenue and a Walk-up Apartment Located at 8013 – 99 Street from Ronald William Mitchell.
That the Transportation and Public Works Committee recommend to City Council:
- That the September 25, 2000 Asset and Management and Public Works Department report be dealt with in-private and remain confidential.
s.24 Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
- The settlement of an expropriation of Plan 5429AL, Block 54, Lots 1 and 2, excepting thereout all mines and minerals, from Ronald William Mitchell for an all-inclusive settlement price of $196,771.53, be approved.
