Membership Report: Jerry Bulmer. As of 3/31 we were at 160% of our quota (8 of 5). Six members have been added since that date (Harold Barnard, Cody Bradley, Nate Mann, Dan Eberhardt, Ryan Taylor, and Keith Sinkhorn). We should now be at 280% of quota (14 of 5)!

Correspondence:Thank you letter from Rod Middagh, Faithful Navigator, Bishop Kucera Assembly for our participation in the Clergy Dinner in January.

Old Business:

  1. School Sisters of Christ the King fundraiser – Sisters not available this month. However we will still donate proceeds from this month’s breakfast. Matching funds will be provided by the State Council. We will hold another breakfast for their benefit when they are available (June?)
  2. Tootsie Roll Drive – postponed until we get the Tootsie Rolls

New Business:

  1. New action item – Create a checklist for our monthly breakfast tasks
  2. Church basement – We have been asked to help clean out the basement and tear up carpet (?) for termite treatment. We need to find a date/time to do this.
  3. Backyard BBQ – We need to set a date in May-June for this annual social event.
  4. CCD pizza party May 29th. We have been asked to help with the cost.
  5. Scholarship/RSVP funds – Angelo Ligouri will discuss the benefits of setting up these funds as endowments.
