TERMS & CONDITIONS
TERMS: 100% Cash, cashiers check, traveler’s check, business or personal check, Paypal.
A 3% fee will be added to all payments made through Paypal. A $25 fee will be added to all returned checks.
BIDS & DISPUTES: In case of disputes, bidding will be reopened between the parties involved. If no further bid is made, the Buyer will be the person from whom the auctioneer accepted the last bid. The auctioneer’s decision in such matters will be final.
ABSENTEE BIDDING: Although the sale will be broadcast online, there will be no internet bidding. Phone bids will be accepted, but prior arrangements must be made with the sales management, and all phone bidders must pay for purchases through Paypal.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: Every effort was made to assure the correctness of this catalog, however all announcements from the auction block will take precedence over the printed matter in the catalog. Buyers are therefore cautioned to pay attention to any such announcements.
CERTIFICATES OF REGISTRY: Certificates of Registration will be furnished to the Buyer for each animal after settlement has been made.
SHIPPING: Assistance will be given in making shipment arrangements after the sale, but the Sales Management and/or the Seller assume no risk. Expenses incurred are the responsibility of the Buyer. All animals must be loaded day of sale.
ACCIDENTS: Although every precaution will be taken to protect the safety and comfort of the Buyers, neither the Sales Management, the Auctioneer, nor the Sellers assume any responsibility in the matter and disclaim any liability, legal or otherwise, in case of accidents or loss of property.
RIGHTS & OBLIGATIONS: The above terms of the sale will constitute a contract between the Buyer and the Seller and be equally binding to both. Resale of animals following purchase in the sale will constitute a separate transaction and the rights and obligations of the two parties connected thereto are not covered by the terms and conditions of this sale.
HEALTH PAPERS: The Sales Management will provide visual health papers for all registered animals sold, but blood testing can be done at seller's expense after the day of the sale. Transportation is the responsibility of the Buyer.
BREEDER’S GUARANTEE: Should any animal over 7 months of age fail to prove a breeder within 120 days of purchase date, the matter should be reported in writing to Shenandoah Valley Boer, LLC. The Seller will have 90 days to prove the animal is a breeder. Should the animal prove to be a breeder, it will be turned back over to the Owner. Should the animal prove to not be a breeder, SVB Boer will replace the animal with one of equal or more value or refund the Buyer. All transportation will be the responsibility of the Buyer!
LOADING OF ANIMALS: We will be unable to load any auction animals until the sale is completed. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.
