Examples include payments via Post of Russia, SADAD (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency), and various at-bank payment methods.
  • Led the Development of BizTalk and SQL interfaces of a Medicare Part D Program management application. Included pipelines and orchestrations used for interfacing with various external vendors to issue letters and checks, interfaces to a third party web application, and various other external systems.

Data Access Layer Lead/Architect

Accomplishments:

  • Led an effort to prove and improve performance metrics in the newly built Commercial Credit Card system. Included an overhaul of the Business Layer, index and query tuning, and some SQL infrastructure tuning. The team was able to improve performance sufficiently to exceed SLA requirements for projected usage for the next 4 years.
  • Led the Architecture and Development of the Data Access Layer of the new Commercial Credit Card system, including SQL Data Services, Real-time connectivity to a mainframe Credit Card Processing system, self-monitoring and logging.
  • Designed and developed critical components of the Grid-Computing based System Framework upon which all new development occurs, such as a guaranteed delivery system using MSMQ, Data Internationalization services, and Workflow processing components.
  • Architected and developed a cutting edge Virtual Single-Use Account system designed to reduce fraud and reconciliation costs for ecommerce applications. The system utilizes Web Services for B2B communication and a sophisticated Account Pool Management process to ensure an appropriate number of accounts are available for the needs of the clients at any given moment. This system is currently the leader in its market.
  • Architected and Designed components necessary to move from the current Credit Card Processing system to a more sophisticated system comprising a port from a socket-based connectivity system to MQ series connectivity.
