•In depth understanding of oil, gas and mineral laws in various states and affiliated
oil and gas leases deeds, and title curative documents.

title, royalty owners and working interest.

•Researched documents, maps and legal documents by Section, Township Range.
•As Deputy Treasurer, collected and distributed tax revenue.

monthly Basis (approximately 27 accounts).
This job was extremely detail-oriented with no margin for error and met deadlines on a regular basis. The government program that we used was New World Systems.

1998/2001 Alpine Bank –Loan Processor
•Was part of a team which started the centralized loan processing department for
all Alpine Banks in Colorado.
•Created loan documents for commercial and personal loans for 25 bank locations.
This was a new department that was created to centralize all loan processing systems for Colorado. This position was always a learning experience, with constant changes and new ideas to make our department effective and productive.
