Equipment/supplies / Large white paper, washable marker, tape, bucket filled with water, and napkins/paper towel
Facilities required/environment / Outside near a building wall or tree(somewhere to tape paper to)
Precautions
1. Gather supplies: large white paper, washable marker, tape, napkins and bucket filled with water.
2. Tape the large white paper onto a building wall, or something comparable.
3. Ask participants to brainstorm a situation or something that makes them angry.
4. Taking turns, each participant will write his or her thoughts on the white paper with the washable marker.
5. Each participant will then be given a napkin.
6. Taking turns; each participant will dip their napkin in the bucket of water and throw the wet napkin at the white paper.
7.The wet napkin will make the writing drip, and the words will wash away.
8.Recap with the group, discuss how the group felt during this activity. Discuss how it felt writing down their angry thoughts and how it felt watching those emotions wash away.

Cognitively / RT could list ideas on a separate board so that participants can see suggestions, and copy something that they feel. For example- “ people who talk about me”. / Ask participants to write in complete sentences.
Physically / Move the participant closer to the paper, already wet the napkin for participant / Have participant dip napkin in the bucket by them-self, have participant move farther away from the white paper.
Socially / Do with activity in a group participant is comfortable with. / Do this activity with a new group of people.
