Domain 2: Administration

Standard 2.1: Notifies head coach and, when necessary, administration of any safety concerns regarding equipment and facilities.
Standard 2.2: Provides proper supervision to athletes prior, during, and following of practices, contests, and travel.
Standard 2.3: Assists head coach to help maintain adequate records of team eligibility, physicals, required forms, and participation fees. Submits paperwork in a timely manner.
Standard 2.4: Assists head coach to maintain adequate records, statistics, etc. on current team and individual athletes.
Standard 2.5: Utilizes medical kit and supplies. Completes injury reports as needed and communicates with students and parents. Communicates with the head coach, athletic trainer, and athletic director regarding injuries.
Standard 2.6: Assists with the identification, collection, storage, and maintenance of equipment and uniforms.

COMMENTS:
Coordinated all strength and conditioning throughout the entire off season. Also coordinated the defense which included modifying strategies, conducting tackling teaching and organizing practices so that the main goals of the team were strived for every defensive practice.

▪Probationary coaches who do not meet expectations will remain on regular evaluation as scheduled with the possibility of recommendation for non-renewal if significant improvement is not demonstrated in the next school year.

▪Non-probationary/Tenured coaches who do not meet expectations will be placed on “Plan of Assistance” or “Intensive Review” for the next school year.
