Mumbai Aviation Fuel Farm Facility Pvt Ltd. (MAFFFL) is Joint Venture Company between Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL), Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) and Mumbai International Airport Ltd (MIAL) with the shareholding of 25% each. MAFFFL is constructing the infrastructure and providing services for the Aviation Fueling at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport (CSIA), Mumbai.

Job Title: Project Manager (Fuel Farm) / Job Code:101
Department:Projects / Location: MUMBAI
Reports To: Chief Projects Officer / Age Limit: Not more than 48 years

Job Purpose:

Responsible for Project Planning and Execution of the Integrated fuel farm facility.
Key Elements of the Role

1. Review of the design
2. Review of the tender documents/specifications
3. Statutory approvals
4. Coordination with various agencies for execution of the work
5. Scheduling, planning, project execution &reporting
6. Ensuring CVC guidelines on the purchase procedures
7. Ensuring CTE guidelines on the projects
8. Ensure defining and compliance of SOPs for function.
9. Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards.
10. To maintain highest safety standards at site.
11. Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted standards.
12. Ensure compliance of all statutory requirements and safety guidelines.

Key Result Areas & Outcomes expected from the Role

• Timely finalization of tenders
• Execution of the project as per the finalized timelines
• Integrating with the existing system and commissioning of the Integrated fuel farm
• Review of the MIS and reporting to the management on the status of projects

Educational Qualification
Graduate Engineer – Mechanical / Civil / Electrical preferred.
Experience
Essential:
Minimum 12 years of work experience in project management/construction in the field of Oil & Gas.
Desired:
Exposure in Construction of Depot / Terminal and other facilities in Oil & Gas Industry
Technical / Functional Skills Required

1. Implement and enforce the compliance of HSE policy at site.
2. Supervision at site to ensure hazard-free environment.
3. Conducting safety inspections and audits.
4. Conduct safety trainings and tool-box talks at site.
5. Conduct investigation of accidents/near-misses.
6. Coordination with various agencies for safe execution of the work
7. Ensure defining and compliance of SOPs for function.
8. Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted standards.
9. Ensure compliance of all statutory requirements and safety guidelines.
