(MAFFFL) is Joint Venture Company between Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL), Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) and Mumbai International Airport Ltd (MIAL) with the shareholding of 25% each. MAFFFL is constructing the infrastructure and providing services for the Aviation Fueling at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport (CSIA), Mumbai.

Job Purpose:
Responsible for Project Planning and Execution of the Integrated fuel farm facility.Key Elements of the Role
- Review of the design
- Review of the tender documents/specifications
- Statutory approvals
- Coordination with various agencies for execution of the work
- Scheduling, planning, project execution &reporting
- Ensuring CVC guidelines on the purchase procedures
- Ensuring CTE guidelines on the projects
- Ensure defining and compliance of SOPs for function.
- Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards.
- To maintain highest safety standards at site.
- Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted standards.
- Ensure compliance of all statutory requirements and safety guidelines.
Key Result Areas & Outcomes expected from the Role
- Timely finalization of tenders
- Execution of the project as per the finalized timelines
- Integrating with the existing system and commissioning of the Integrated fuel farm
- Review of the MIS and reporting to the management on the status of projects
Educational Qualification
Graduate Engineer – Mechanical / Civil / Electrical preferred.
Experience
Essential:
Minimum 12 years of work experience in project management/construction in the field of Oil & Gas.
Desired:
Exposure in Construction of Depot / Terminal and other facilities in Oil & Gas Industry
Technical / Functional Skills Required

- Implement and enforce the compliance of HSE policy at site.
- Supervision at site to ensure hazard-free environment.
- Conducting safety inspections and audits.
- Conduct safety trainings and tool-box talks at site.
- Conduct investigation of accidents/near-misses.
- Coordination with various agencies for safe execution of the work
- Ensure defining and compliance of SOPs for function.
- Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted standards.
- Ensure compliance of all statutory requirements and safety guidelines.
