THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the parties, hereinafter mentioned, SANTA CLARA COUNTY LEGAL PROFESSIONALS ASSOCIATION (SCCoLPA) and ______(CLIENT) and they agree as follows:

That SCCoLPA will sell to CLIENT advertising space on its website and CLIENT shall pay to SCCoLPA the amount stated as selected by CLIENT, or its authorized representative, by initialing a selection(s) below:

HOME PAGE / $750 per year ______int.
MEMBERSHIP PAGE / $450 per year ______int.
EVENTS PAGE / $350 per year ______int.
EMPLOYMENT PAGE / $350 per year ______int.
VENDOR PAGE / $250 per year ______int.

Advertising will begin on May 1, and end on April 30, of the following year.

Payment in full will be made at the time this Agreement is entered into.

Any disputes relating to this Agreement must be addressed within fifteen (15) days from the date of signing. Refunds will not be given after this time has lapsed.

There will be a set up fee of $75.00, which is included in the full price, however, it is not refundable should this Agreement terminate as noted above.

Should this Agreement terminate early for reasons beyond SCCoLPA’s control, there will be no refund to CLIENT.

The CLIENT shall be responsible for providing an appropriate form of advertising for the website, to be determined by discussion and presentation by all parties. SCCoLPA reserves the right to turn down any advertising that it feels is inappropriate and/or does not compliment or comply with the Code of Ethics of Legal Secretaries Incorporated (LSI).

SCCoLPA shall be held harmless from any problems or issues arising, for whatever reason or circumstance that is beyond its control, having to do with the internet, website construction, etc. SCCoLPA will do everything within its power to ensure that the agreed upon advertising is presented as requested.
