About the artists:
Natives of Chicago, the Chinese American “Ying” siblings – cellist David, violist Phillip and Violinists Janet and Timothy – began their musical career in 1992 in the small farm town of Jesup, Iowa, as the first artists to participate in the National Endowment for the Art Chamber Music Rural Residencies Program.
