Clubhouse Colleagues: Developing Strong Members and Staff
Who should attend: Clubhouse Directors, Staff, Member Colleagues and Board Members
This Learning Community will focus on helping members and staff understand their respective roles within their Clubhouse and give them the tools to do that job well. How can members use Clubhouse to get the most out of their recovery? How can staff best facilitate opportunities for members? How can we all contribute to a positive and purposeful working environment? Sessions will cover the rehabilitative elements of the Clubhouse model, roles and responsibilities of Clubhouse members and staff, member leadership, tools for engagement, Clubhouse relationships, designing accessible work and creating intentional spaces, and more! There will be something for everyone at this learning community and you are strongly encouraged to attend!
