- That an agreement wherein the City’s Asset Management and Public Works Department’s Drainage Services, on behalf of Terwillegar Lands Ltd., will construct a storm outlet structure for Terwillegar South development for a contract value of approximately $850,000, be approved.
- That the agreement be in a form acceptable to the Corporate Services Department, Law Branch, and the contents acceptable to the General Manager of the Asset Management and Public Works Department.
