  1. That an agreement wherein the City’s Asset Management and Public Works Department’s Drainage Services, on behalf of Terwillegar Lands Ltd., will construct a storm outlet structure for Terwillegar South development for a contract value of approximately $850,000, be approved.
  2. That the agreement be in a form acceptable to the Corporate Services Department, Law Branch, and the contents acceptable to the General Manager of the Asset Management and Public Works Department.

That Administration prepare a report, in cooperation with Edmonton Police Service, that explores the idea of closing small sections of Whyte Avenue, as warranted by pedestrian traffic, and the possibility of instituting a cruising bylaw within the Whyte Avenue area. / Transportation & Streets
