BACKGROUND:
Callers should be very familiar with the script and Q and A and be able to comfortably answer questions based on the material. The script and Q&A should be rehearsed more than once prior to making calls.
The goal of this project is to identify those who requested absentee ballots and make sure they mail – or hand – those ballots in to the Supervisor of Elections. Our calls will serve as the foundation for future phone calls and volunteers going door to door so it’s important that we capture data as accurately as possible. There’s only a short time before the election so our work here is very important.
