IN-KIND CONTRIBUTIONS

Although donations of time are not eligible for SARAF reimbursement, they are a valuable match that helps secure and leverage government and private sector funding.

Regional Locator Map with local context (for example, adjacent conservation lands, natural heritage designations).
Property Boundary Map which includes a legend and clearly shows the property boundary.
Mapsmust be legible, to scale, and include a legend. Maps not meeting these requirements will cause an application to be considered incomplete and could affect funding decisions.
A consolidated and dated invoice addressed to OLTA on your organization’s letterhead,providing detailed itemization of costs to be reimbursed or advanced.
