Under 13 (born 2005 or later) Under 17 (born 2001 or later)
BOTH EVENTS WILL BE PLAYED OVER THE 2 DAYS
Saturday – singles and level doubles of both age groups (up to and including quarter finals, dependant on size of entry)
Sunday – mixed doubles and all semi finals and finals (dependant on size of entry)
ALL EVENTS PLAYED AT THE SIR CRAIG REEDIE CENTRE (COCKBURN)

TOURNAMENT RULES
1The tournament will be carried out under the rules of BADMINTONscotland including the prohibition of doping which may be carried out
2Players entering must complete the declaration on the entry form
3All events in both age groups will be played with YONEX SHUTTLECOCKS
4In all events, players will be guaranteed at least 2 matches – either knock out with plate competition OR played in sections, dependant on size of entry.
5PLAYERS ABSENT WHEN CALLED UPON TO PLAY WILL BE SCRATCHED – players
should inform the tournament organiser if, for any reason, they are unable to play. An unannounced withdrawal will be reported to BADMINTONscotlandand a warning letter may be sent.
6Entries must be sent to the Secretary along with the appropriate fee(s) to ARRIVE NOT LATER THAN Monday 4th SEPTEMBER 2017 (Cheques or POs should be made payable to : Glasgow & North Strathclyde Group)
7A separate entry form must be used for each player – A player can only enter one age group.
8The Committee reserves the right to refuse any entry without giving their reasons
9LATE ENTRIES OR ENTRIES SENT WITHOUT THE CORRECT FEE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
10Players wishing to be advised of their first time on court should give an e-mail address or enclose a stamped addressed envelope with their form, a programme will be available on the day.
