*The booking fee is to be held by Coulson Harney Advocates in their client account and is to be refundable in full upon demand by you at any time prior to the signing of the conservation licence agreement. All refunds will be made to the potential purchasernominated above and the potential purchaser will not be entitled to any interest on the booking fee.

*For so long as the booking fee is held by us, we agree to reserve the plot number referred to above for you and at the price referred to above for sixty (60) days from the date of signing of this reservation form unless you ask for the booking fee to be returned to you. If you would like the plot/price to be reserved for you beyond that sixty (60) day period then you must pay an additional amount. This fee will be nine (9%) per cent of the purchase price and will be subject to a deposit agreement which must be signed by the both of us within sixty (60) days of the date of this reservation form.

Once the additional nine (9%) per cent has been paid and the deposit agreement has been signed, we will reserve the plot/price for you until such time as the conservation licence agreement has been signed. The entire ten (10%) per cent deposit (made up of the one (1%) per cent booking fee and the additional nine (9%) per cent) will be non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with the purchase, but will form part of the purchase price if you do decide to proceed.
