TENANT NOTIFICATION & INSTRUCTIONS

This is to advise you that AAA Refinishing Corp. will be entering your apartment located at on

to refinish your tub and/or kitchen counters.

AAA Refinishing Corp. will be entering your apartment during specified window of time and will tarp off necessary areas and furniture with plastic. (Please put away or cover all valuables and cover or remove any computers and large electronics from area of scheduled work, if possible).

Tenant and all occupants in the apartment hereby release AAA Refinishing Corp. its officers and employees from any and all liability connected with the refinishing/resurfacing of the bathtub and or countertops. Tenant is hereby warned that the surfaces will be sprayed with materials that emit fumes which may be hazardous to the tenant’s health if inhaled in the working concentration within the first 4-6 hours after completion of the job.

TENANT INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Tenants MUST have all counters and bathtub completely cleared off and all food sealed/closed and put away prior to AAA Refinishing Corp. scheduled arrival.
  1. AAA Refinishing requires that the tenant leave the unit within ½ hour after technician’s arrival.
  1. Tenant MAY NOT re-enter the apartment for 6 hours after completion of the job. Tenant MUST open windows when returning to the apartment, (for additional ventilation), and leave open for at least 4 more hours.
  1. The following day a second worker will arrive to pull the paper and inspect the job and caulk if necessary. The caulking will be dry in approx. 6 hours at which time tenant may resume using counters and bathtubs.
  1. Resident must confirm appointment with AAA Refinishing Corp at.(800) 456-1492 or with your manager or a $50.00 Cancellation Fee will be paid by resident if vendor is denied access on date above.

TENANT INSTRUCTIONS AND WARRANTEE AGREEMENT

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS AND CARE FOR YOUR NEWLY REFINISHED BATHTUBS, VANITIES, BASINS, KITCHEN SINKS AND KITCHEN COUNTER TOPS

  • Use a cutting board for all food preparation. Tenant will be charged upon vacating apartment for any damage caused by cutting directly on counter tops.
  • Report all peeling or chipping in bathtubs immediately. Tenant will be charged for failing to report any chipping or peeling larger than a dime on bathtubs.
  • Report all leaks immediately. Tenant will be charged for failure to report any leaks in tub faucet or handles that could cause discoloration around drain or overflow.
  • Report any cracks on tub immediately. Tenant will be liable for any water damage caused by unreported cracks in bathtub.
  • **DO NOT USE RUBBER SUCTION MATS IN

BATHTUBS OR SHOWERS!

**This willvoid the warrantyand tenant will be charged!

PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING FOR CLEANING PURPOSES:

  • ABRASIVE CLEANERS (i.e. Ajax, Soft Scrub, etc.)
  • SCOURING PADS OF ANY KIND

USE A SOFT SPONGE and…..

The following are suggestions of NON-ABRASIVE cleaners:

  1. 409 liquid
  2. Fantastic
  3. Mr. Clean
  4. Simple Green
  5. Scrubbing Bubbles – Foam Cleaner
