Minutes follow - Meeting started 7:05pm

  • Review and Approval of the January 23 2017 member meeting minutes as originally distributed.
  • Review and Approval of Current Booster Financials dated February 9, 2017.
  • Everyone introduced themselves including6 new participants were MariaGiatrelis, Judy Duffy, Cyndi Reitmeyer, Christina Ramey, Brian Altomare, Kim Hurley
  • Voted in as members previously sponsored attendees: ToddGiatrelis, Karen Shea and Linda Ostayan.
  • Curtis Cole, BeccaPizzi Fun Run Event – April 30
  • Sign up sheet was sent around.
  • Last year there were 2 BHS Seniors athletes scholarships, will repeat this year.
  • Flyers are ready to be posted on Booster website, Curtis to tweak and send to Susan.
  • Day before event Bib pick up will be available
  • Proceeds for event will go to BHS senior athletes and Boosters – a percentage has been agreed to, based on proceeds.
  • Heidi/Susan can help Curtis with sign ups (Sign Up Genius) if needed
  • Heidi Sawyer, Annual Golf Tournament – Sept 25
  • Sign up sheet was sent around.
  • Heavier volunteers needed to gather sponsorships.
  • Possibility to tap into new Belmont communities – hall of fame? Co-leadership of event?
  • Larry Christofori, Basketball game – May 18
  • Looking over shoulder of selling/PR firm – hopefully will improve
  • Day of Volunteers needed
  • Would like to get cheerleaders, mascot, band involved

  • The 6 new attendees were nominated for membership. They will be voted in at the next meeting.
