Database Application Developer
A pharmacy auditing firm specializing in onsite audits of pharmacies and detailed audits of pharmacy benefit managers.
- Created VB.NET applications for auditing pharmacies using image scanning and secure file FTP technology. Created reports for the applications using Crystal Reports.
- Designed, coded and testedMorgan Healthcare Audits Microsoft SQL Server Data Warehouse. This data warehouse is used to audit pharmacies and PBMs (Pharmacy Benefit Managers) for compliance to contract terms.
- Designed, coded and tested a time accounting system used internally for customer billing purposes.

Database Developer
A national consulting firm specializing in the areas of: child welfare, juvenile justice, child care, education, mental health and developmental disabilities.
- Created Cognos Impromptu queries and PowerPlay Data Cubes for the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare’s Office of Children, Youth and Family Services. Provided support to examine foster care and adoption data for validity. Made recommendations on enhancements to the Department’s data warehouse.
- Designed, coded and testedHornby Zeller Associate’s Microsoft SQL Server Data Warehouse. This data warehouse is used to assist in data collection and reporting Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare statistics.
- Designed, coded and tested a Data Quality Management system in Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL Server for managing foster care and adoption data for the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare’s Office of Children, Youth and Family Services.

Senior Analyst II
A $33 billion dollar bank in the northeastern United States.
- Developed and implemented a Corporate Risk Rating System, using Visual Basic and Microsoft SQL, which allows marketing managers across the United States to assign credit risk weighting to commercial customers.
- Developed and implemented an easy to use data entry system, created in Visual Basic, to enter metadata into a data warehouse. This replaced a cumbersome method supplied by the vendor resulting in increased productivity.
- Developed and implemented a cash transaction data collection and transfer system that kept the merger on schedule.
- Administered and supported a large Informent Data Warehouse. Responsibilities included writing Oracle PL/SQL code, adding tables and data feeds to the warehouse, monitoring system availability and writing interfaces to use the data. Supplied data research to management using Access, Excel, and Brio and BusinessObjects. Extracted Mainframe data using SAS.
- Administered and supported a BusinessObjects Reporting System. This system was used to write and schedule reports that are displayed on the Intranet, either as a static report or as an ad hoc report. Duties included: installing new releases, creating and scheduling reports, creating universes, and installing security on users, universes, and reports.

Technical Project Leader/Senior Programmer Analyst
- Developed and implemented an Executive Decision Support System installed in over 200 locations, using Visual Basic, Microsoft SQL Server and Crystal Reports. This system was used to measure branch and product performance.
- Developed and implemented a Funds Tracking System used by management to determine the profitability of a newly offered product type.
- Developed and implemented an Operations Department Support System that provided a database used for an online telephone book, automobile registration, and building access card registry.
- Installed and administered Microsoft Windows NT (versions 3.51 and 4.0) Network used by over 300 users, Microsoft SQL Server (version 6.5), and Microsoft SNA Server (version 2.11).

Senior Programmer Analyst/Programmer Analyst
- Implemented and managed an IBM 4700 Branch Teller System. This system resided on an IBM 4700 Server and logged transactions on a mainframe computer. This application was custom coded to meet our customer’s needs. It was installed beginning in 1985 and continued to be in use until the FMB Merger in 1998. Wrote the code to capture the transactions (CICS) and process the data (COBOL).
- Implemented and managed Atchley Large Cash Reporting System used to send tapes to the Federal government to track money laundering.
- Created an Online Data Support System that is used by the teller, ATM and ACH systems to provide customers and bank personnel immediate access to account balances, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
