CHRISTMAS PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions refer specifically for the in-house Christmas party night events. By signing these you are entering into the contract on behalf of the company named and are responsible for payment and organisation of the group booking for this event with Wynyard Hall.
No bookings can be accepted until a deposit for ALL guests has been received. We shall make allowances for those groups / companies that wish to pay by BACS & will hold bookings for up to maximum of 5 working days.
Deposits are on a ‘per person / per seat’ basis, therefore a reduction in numbers, that will result in a loss of deposit.
Your final payment based on the booking above is to be made no later than 28th October, 2016. New bookings made after this time are to be paid in full at the time of booking. We will require the confirmed number of guests attending as well as dietary requirements, no later than 4 weeks prior to the event. Changes made within this time may not be accepted.
You will be liable for the cost of repairs carried out as a result of any damage caused to any part of the Hall, Marquee, or Grounds, or any equipment therein / on by negligence, wilful act or default by you, or any person invited by you or present on your behalf / included in the group booking above.
You or any member of your guests may not bring any food or beverage items for consumption at Wynyard Hall without our written consent.
Menu items, wine lists and bar tariffs and their prices may be subject to changes without further notice to you. Wynyard Hall Ltd reserved the right to impose tariff changes on all bookings at any time but particularly as a result of changes in government levies such as duties and the VAT rate.
The menu included in the cost is one set-menu along with tea and coffee. Wynyard Hall will cater for all dietary requirements where possible, when notified in advance.
The provision of overnight accommodation at Wynyard Hal is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless you make separate reservation arrangements to those of the event itself. You will be contractually responsible for all accommodation related charges incurred by guest for you have directly arranged accommodation at the hall.
In the event of a cancellation, all deposits are non-refundable for this event. Cancellations made after the date by which the full balance is payable, and before 4 weeks prior to the event are subject to a 50% charge of the overall booking. Cancellations within 4 weeks of the event as subject to a 100% charge of the total booking value.
